Chasca’s Normal Attack: Phantom Feather Flurry, allows her to fire up to four consecutive bow shots. This standard attack sequence may seem straightforward, but her power really shines in her Charged Attack, where the arrows become imbued with Anemo energy after fully charging, dealing Anemo DAMAGE to enemies. If you’re taking to the skies with a Plunging Attack, Chasca fires off a rain of arrows before striking the ground, dealing AoE damage on impact.
Elemental Skill: Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt. When activated, Chasca resonates with the power of her weapon and her companion Chasca, dealing Nightsoul-aligned AoE Anemo DAMAGE. This skill grants her 80 Nightsoul points and activates the Nightsoul’s Blessing state.
In Nightsoul’s Blessing, Chasca gains increased movement speed and resistance to interruptions. She can hover in the air, and while sprinting or ascending, additional Nightsoul points or Phlogiston are consumed. Her Multitarget Fire mechanic lets you tap or hold to switch between attack modes.
But here’s where it gets interesting: the 4th to 6th Shadowhunt Shells undergo Elemental Conversion based on the other elements in your party. For example, if you have Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters, one of these Shells will become a Shining Shadowhunt Shell of that elemental type, allowing Chasca to deal Nightsoul-aligned DAMAGE of that element.
Elemental Burst – Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round.
When Chasca activates Soul Reaper's Fatal Round, she focuses her will into a single, potent shot called the Galesplitting Soulseeker Shell, which delivers Nightsoul-aligned AoE Anemo damage. After impact, this shell splits into six smaller Soulseeker Shells, targeting nearby enemies to spread the damage further.
Soulseeker Shells and Elemental Conversion. These Soulseeker Shells deal Nightsoul-aligned Anemo damage, but there’s a twist: for each Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro character in your party, two of these shells will transform into Radiant Soulseeker Shells, dealing Nightsoul-aligned elemental damage matching the party member’s element.
Passive Talents:
First up is Bullet Trick. When charging her Elemental Skill, Spirit Reins, Shadow Hunt, and with the right elemental types in your party, Chasca gains incredible bonuses. There’s a chance—33.3%, 66.7%, or even 100%—for the third loaded Shadowhunt Shell to transform into a Shining Shadowhunt Shell. Each elemental type in your party grants Chasca a stack of Spirit of the Radiant Shadow, boosting the damage of her Shining Shell by 15%, 35%, or 65%, lasting until the Multitarget Fire concludes.
Next, we have Intent to Cover. Whenever a nearby ally triggers a Nightsoul Burst, Chasca unleashes a Burning Shadowhunt Shot at an enemy, dealing Nightsoul-aligned Anemo damage equal to 150% of her Shadowhunt Shell damage. If your team includes Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters, the shot converts to deal elemental damage matching that type, equaling 150% of her Shining Shadowhunt Shell’s damage.
Constellations:
At C1, Chasca’s Bullet Trick talent is enhanced with an additional conversion: now, both the second and third Shadowhunt Shells convert to Shining Shadowhunt Shells. Plus, the Spiritbinding Conversion trigger rate goes up to 67%/100%/100% based on elemental diversity in the party. In Nightsoul’s Blessing, she also consumes 30% less Nightsoul points and Phlogiston while out of combat.
At C4: Chasca’s Radiant Soulseeker Shells in Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round now restore 1.5 Elemental Energy each time they hit an opponent, and deal AoE elemental damage equal to 400% of her ATTACK based on the shell’s element.
Finally, C6 amplifies Bullet Trick with the Fatal Rounds state. When Spiritbinding Conversion activates, Chasca’s next Multitarget Fire will be fully charged instantly and have a 120% CRIT DAMAGE boost.
