Interoperable game means that users can take part in the game by playing on a different platform, like PC, PS2 or Mobile platform.
Multi-platform, is an attribute conferred to computer software or computing methods and concepts that are implemented and inter-operate on multiple computer platforms.

WIPI (Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) is the Korean Mobile Standard Platform which provides execution environment for Mobile application.
