IMTS 2022 - Surprised with Mexico Independence Day
On our way back from a walk along the river, we discovered it was Mexico Independence day in downtown Chicago.
With cars basically parked along the road, honking and waving flags, it was very festive, but at the same time, it froze all travel across Chicago making it hard to go even short distances.
It took almost 3 hours to travel 3 miles.
Always an interesting time in Chicago.
