Calamay or Kalamay, is a sticky sweet delicacy that is popular in many regions of the Philippines. It is made of coconut milk, muscovado or brown sugar, and glutinous rice flour.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups glutinous rice flour
2 cups muscovado or brown sugar (you can also use sugarcane syrup or pulitipot in Ilocano term)
4 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water
