xampp libsqlite3.dll is missing from your computer [FIXED]
In this short video I will show you how to fix error message popup when starting Apache using xampp bundle. All you need to do is go to php directory in the main xampp installed location and copy libesqlite3.dll to Apache/bin directory then start Apache. Well done! Problem is fixed!
