How to Scale and Rotate Clone Tool Source ► Using Clone Stamp Tool
When using the Clone Stamp tool, you can use keyboard shortcuts to nudge, scale, or rotate the sample source to better match the size and orientation of the cloning destination.
You can also use the Clone Source panel (Window ► Clone Source) to make these changes to the sample source in case you forget the keyboard shortcuts.
