1. Only horizontal filming; vertical format is NOT ACCEPTED! Minimum 20 fps.
2. Provide vehicle information—model, year, and whether the crankcase has been serviced.
3. The car must be warmed up to operating temperature.
4. Show the cover in two positions: A and B. It's a good idea to show whether there's smoke with the dipstick raised from the crankcase (rev up to 3,000-4,000 rpm).

Video files will typically exceed 30 MB, which is something state email can't send, but popular email services like Mail and Yandex automatically attach such files to their "cloud," and I receive the file as a link that I download from them. So, there shouldn't be any issues sending files.
