Create A Radial Blur Effect In Affinity Photo On The iPad To Emphasize A Focal Point
Using the Radial Blur filter allows you to bring the focus point in an image to life. Live filters gives you the ability to make these changes without modifying the original image. The Live Filter, Radial Blur provides a layer mask, and it's this that gives you fine control over the image.
