There are many ways to rig a mouth, I'm just sharing mine.
[ Always start with the very basic ]
-￫Start with Mouth forms.
-￫Move to Mouth Open 0.0 and 1 THEN to 0.5
-￫Only in the end start adjusting each keyform & detailing.
