Did They RUIN Submarines in HOI4?
The latest HOI4 beta says submarines have finally been fixed… so I put it to the test.
Playing as Germany, I attempted a submarines-only run to see if they’re actually viable or still broken.
Turns out… they’re definitely not dead.
