Day 7 Flutter Flies!
Today Flutter moved his wings ALL day. I put real flowers in his box for him to experiment with and he licked the nectar like an adult humming bird. He still depends on me for 90% of his diet. It won't be long until he doesn't need me to feed him anymore. when i got him on my finger, he must have felt safe becuase he had an official 'LIFT OFF!' and flew for the first time. Unfortunately i put the camera down rigfht before he flew but you can hear my reaction in the background... don't worry, I'll have video of him flying soon!!
