What I think of Cutter? Operator Guide
Today we’ll take a look at one of the most useful 4-star characters in the entire game, “Cutter.” Even though she’s been in the game for quite some time, her skill set remains extremely useful to this day.
Starting with her subclass, “Cutter” belongs to the “Swordmaster” subclass—a subclass known for striking enemies twice, making these units excellent DPS. However, the downside is that these units generally can only generate SP when they hit enemies.
