Phoenix automotive 13.6 no sound or camera fix issue for 2013 esclade
so after I installed my new radio I was so mad cause I had no sound or camera and I was pretty certain that I had all the connections correct. I had 3 different calls from the company at 20 minutes at a time only then they would reschedule for the next day. so I was able to figure out the correct settings with there help . and one last call with them we figured out that from the factory 2 of the plugs needed to be switched and boom had my sound and camera working . if u have any questions I might be able to answer. Just wanted to put this video up cause I could not find any for my issue other then trying to add additional wires and cut into the system.. not needed check this first.
