Genshin Impact: F2P Physical Build Baal (Raiden Shogun)!?
Her normal attacks are so visually nice looking. She seem to be able to maintain 100% uptime on the 4pc Pale Flame set and Crescent Pike. Obviously not a META build for Spiral Abyss or Time-Gated content, but it is a nice way to enjoy her more on the field with her normal attacks on easy to moderate content challenges.
Keep in mind, still level 69 with normal attack talents at Lv4.
