QGA No Crystal Dash No Tear
This is doable without the extra fireball at the end (that Spell Twister allows) but I've only ever pulled that off by slowing down the game speed a bit.
Edit: Ok nm I did it at full speed without Twister, but to call it difficult is an understatement.
