Bitcoin Pizza Day 2023
In 2010, on the 22nd of May, two Papa Johns pizzas were bought with 10,000 BTC (worth about 40 dollars at the time), in what is widely accepted as the first real purchase in a shop premises made with Bitcoin. Fast forward 13 years, Bitcoin is bigger, and so is the pizza!
