With experts and thinkers, doers and everyday heroes from Munich and beyond, I want to talk about what we might be losing in Munich. What we should preserve. And how a "city-life balance" can be created between the city and its people.

As a true Munich native, it worries me when our city threatens to lose its balance. As a young mother, it worries me when parents can't sleep at night because of a lack of childcare places. As a former public prosecutor and judge, it troubles me deeply when people in our city no longer feel safe and secure. As a city councilor and city minister, it drives me crazy when the city is bogged down in internal conflicts. As a passionate athlete, it troubles me when the football pitches are so crowded that there's no room left to score goals. As a member of the CSU (Christian Social Union), it infuriates me when clubs can no longer pursue their cherished traditions.
In our cosmopolitan city with a heart, something has to change. Let me help bring Munich back into balance. Back to a true "city-life balance." As your mayoral candidate for 2020, I ask for your support and trust.
