In today's video I am going to teach you how to create a Cyborg effect and you can also participate in my Do it Better Photoshop Contest.

The purpose of the contest is to create a Cyborg design and send it to my email by December 31: mr23designer at Gmail dot com and also post it on your Instagram account using the tag #mr23cyborg and also tag my account Mr_23_Design

You can use any stock image that you want, but please post the "Before" picture also with all the assets that you have used!
