What is Automation at scale?
Automation at scale is about harnessing technology, from AI, your existing automation and vendor capability – indeed, all of the other technologies and tools in your business. Most importantly, automation at scale is not about replacing or removing what you already invested in.
A strategy to automate at scale should not require you to reverse out of what you are already doing – It should enable for you to drive significant value through small and incremental changes and improvements, as well as enable you to leverage new capabilities that evolve and emerge over time.
