SP404 mk2 12.8 - Using the SP-404 With the mk2
Session 12.8 goes over how to use the SP-404SX (or OG) with the mk2. Unfortunately the pattern sequencer just doesn't work well on the mk2 to control the 404/SX which is a bummer. That said, this is an excellent second device to do sound design on and send audio to record into the mk2.
This series is being put together to provide roughly five minutes of content, broken down into individual components. Each session will be showing different workflows in on the SP-404 mk2 with the end result being to put together at least a loose sketch for a track.
