This week we’re bringing you ANOTHER challenge to test your skills. The IEEE Low-Power Computer Vision Challenge is an annual competition started in 2015, with the goal of improving the energy efficiency of computer vision for running on systems with stringent resource constraints. It’s a 3- track competition, sponsored by OpenCV member organization Qualcomm, with an associated CVPR 2025 Workshop. Joining us is Professor Yung-Hsiang Lu from the Purdue School of Electrical and Computer Engineering to tell us about the challenge and share some tips for participants.
