Keep in mind Video Settings are mostly preference on PS5 (except v-sync, NEVER use v-sync) so you can choose to either uncheck them all or do what I did in this video. I use these video settings to get the best looking videos and thumbnails. If I wasn't recording my preference would be to uncheck everything except weather effects and turn effect intensity to low to limit distractions.
