I had a gig in Øksendal, Norway on a very hot summer's day in June. Before playing, I had some time to explore the nearby area - and I discovered a beautiful river. The water was crystal blue and clear and of course I had to jump in. It turned out the water was actually snow melting from the mountains, so it was freeeeezing. Still felt refreshing and magical..
With this experience in my mind, I wrote this ambient piece shortly after.
