Hello everyone! In this tutorial video, we'll learn how to make a fruit cake, a sponge cake recipe with fruit. I've never tried anything like it, but it turned out delicious. If you're not a fan of fruit cakes, this recipe will make you fall in love with them. To make it, we'll need sponge cake dough. We'll make the sponge cake from eggs, sugar, and flour. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix everything thoroughly, then combine everything together, add the flour, and stir with a spatula. Next, bake the sponge cake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Now it's time to make the cream! Take half a liter of 20% sour cream, add sour cream thickener and 150 grams of powdered sugar, and beat well. Now cut the sponge cake into three pieces, frost each layer, and add fruit. Decorate the cake with fruit as well. That's it!
