This week, we actually wanted to make more progress in the vineyard. We did, but without my support, as we spontaneously borrowed a slurry tank and spread it on the grain.
Afterward, liquid manure was pumped into the pit, and a slurry sample was taken and sent to a laboratory to hopefully get the dry matter content below 4.6%.

About me:
My name is Kai Höning. I was born in 1999 (so I don't have to change this information every year). I am a trained farmer and successfully completed my advanced training to become a master farmer in the fall of 2022.
I don't own a farm myself, so I'm employed by this company.
I spent my third year of apprenticeship here on the farm, and they haven't let me go since.
I first got involved with farming through my uncle's farm, two of whose videos can be seen on my channel. I decided to become a farmer in 11th grade, when I was trying to get my Abitur (university entrance qualification) after high school. That's when I realized I'm more of a "doer" type and prefer practical skills to theory.
I've never regretted taking this step.
With my videos, I try to provide a realistic insight into "my" farming and impart specialist knowledge.
