ExcaliBrain is an Obsidian.md plugin that I've built to visualize connections described in your Markdown documents, in a structured graph.
I realize that setting up ExcaliBrain can be a bit intimidating because there are a lot of settings that you need to get your head around.
This video series walks you through the process, from setting up an empty Obsidian Vault to having a fully-configured ExcaliBrain with formatted links, nodes, and an Ontology.
