I interviewed my neighbor Mark for a few words of wisdom.
Sadly I had to cut a lot of our talk because of the Short-Video limit.
But if you're going through a rough time, the best advice is to talk to someone.
Preferably a professional, but if you can find someone going through something similar and learn a good and healthy way to overcome your struggles, than that can also be of some benefit.
