I never thought that we would see this much horsepower.

Corvette ZR1X, move aside. You can now walk into your local Chevy dealer and order yourself a 1,564 horsepower Corvette with a warranty oh and this thing is all-wheel-drive, boys.

I truly never even thought that we would see the 1250 horsepower that the ZR1X made but this new announcement blows past that and takes us to a new level. It’s so insane that it’s only legal in 49 states.

So let’s talk what’s under the hood, what comes with it, and, of course, the price.

The 2026 Stage 3 Yenko/SC twin turbocharged E-Ray gets to that 1500+ horsepower mark with a custom version of the 6.2L LT-2 V8. Of course, with the base LT-2 making 495 horsepower, they really had to turn things up a good amount to get to where we sit now.

That’s done with an aluminum block with a forged internals, CNC ported high flow heads, a flex fuel setup, and the star of the show, twin Garrett 58mm ceramic ball bearing water cooled turbochargers. Of course, it has all of the supporting mods that you’d expect out of a high powered ride as well.

The car also features an upgraded version of the dual clutch transmission and boost by gear which is integral to help the driver get as much of those massive gobs of power to the ground as possible because this thing is nothing short of a wild child.

Top it off with a 3 year/36k mile warranty and you have yourself a ride that’s makes enough power to take you to the moon and back, all without having to worry about something breaking.

Of course, these Yenko cars always spice it up a little bit visually and this one is no different as it comes with 3 different wheel options, optional custom ground effects and spoiler, and, of course, that legendary Yenko branding both inside and out.

Pricing for the limited run of 50 cars comes in at $139,995 plus the price of a donor E-Ray which starts at $108,000 so you can expect to get into this thing for around $248k, right above the ZR1x which retails at $206k but good luck finding a ZR1x for less than a trillion dollars when they start hitting dealers. So if you want to get your hands on this Specialty Vehicle Engineering monster I’d find a Chevy dealer fast!
