Hauppauge HD PVR2 | Arcsoft Showbiz Crash Help

This is to help if you're having the capture module crash issue.
Go Here and update all your drivers and software to windows driver version 1.2.30311, and installation cd version 1.3 (in that order)

restart and then go here and download and replace the files in C:\Program Files\ArcSoft\TotalMedia ShowBiz\com.ArcSoft.VEA.ArcCodec

make sure you start by pressing capture button on the hd pvr 2 and make sure your console is off when you first press capture. it should load up the capture module then you can turn on console.
i also have still had some issues with getting it to load on my desktop, but my laptop runs it flawlessly.
i have a feeling there is some conflict with AMD drivers, as my desktop is running catalyst drivers and my laptop is intel.
