How to fix the new minecraft chat restriction

Everyone account under 18 will now on a server and if try to chat will see "Chat is not allowed by account settings. Press 'T' again for more information. This is a new policy by microsoft aka mojang, which is really anoying because we can't even say nice things like ggs, or type commands which is neccessary in some servers.
