Note about Towns:
Towns protect all blocks in the areas you claimed. However, they do not protect people from entering your chests. To protect your chests, you'll have to put them in a secure room or simply place a block on top of them.
Command list:

/towny prices = Lists current prices for town/nation creation
/town new [name of town] = Creates a town
/town delete [name of town] = Deletes your town
/towny top land = Ranks the town with most land
..~*(CHECKING RANKINGS)*~..
/towny top residents town = Ranks the towns with most members
/towny top residents nation = Ranks the nations with most members
