Hello and welcome to IT Convergence's User Productivity Kit tutorial series. This is a demonstration of how topic documents can be used to record content.
Topics are documents in which you record the steps of a task or transaction in an application
When a topic is being recorded the recorder automatically launches to capture the topic steps
After you're finished recording the new topic, opens new topic editor
To create a new topic select the file menu point to New and choose topic when the recorder opens record the steps of the topic
When you're done recording the steps click Finish on the recorder window, the saved documents window will appear, click yes
In the Save As dialog box type a name for the new topic
Navigate to the folder where you want to store the topic, click save
