In an age where we are surrounded by technology, relationships have evolved into something more complex. We take on more than we should at the expense of what matters most. As Charlie Booker, creator of Black Mirror, says, “If technology is a drug,...then what are the side effects?” By making this film, we will explore the kinds of questions that increasingly emerge at the forefront of our modern lives. Is there a price to pay for this new world balance? This becomes even truer in our main character near -distant future world. Fearing that her son will grow up without her, a single mother seeks an answer to her fears in technology - the Caretakers program.
