This week's tutorial is dedicated to creating sand in any color you like. With it, you can do various activities where kids, and even adults, can manipulate the sand and unleash their creativity through experimentation and sensory exploration. All of this is done with materials you can find at home.
Materials:
1 cup of fine salt.
2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or similar. Body oil also works.
2 tablespoons of dish soap or detergent.
A few drops of food coloring.
I hope you like it and find it useful to try.
If you don't get the desired texture, add another tablespoon of oil and dish soap diluted in water. The amount will depend on the amount of salt used.
