I Tried WHITNEY SIMMONS ALIVE Workout App for 7 Days
Whitney Simmons aka queen of superset workouts released her very own workout app called ALIVE!. If you are familiar with Whitney Simmons you know her catch phrase is "it's a beautiful day to be alive", hence the name of the app. As someone who has been following Whitney Simmons for some time (before she became a gymshark athlete, alani nu nutrition athlete, etc) I decided to give her workout app a try. I tested the Alive app for 7 days and started her newest workout program Alive 2.0
In this video I give you guys a preview of the workouts, how the app/workout programs look, my HONEST opinions about the app and what I believe could improve the app for the future.
