Had Germany decided not to invade the Soviet Union in mid-1941, you already know that Stalin would invade Germany eventually, but this doesn’t mean that we would get the same peace treaty. If the war is initiated by the Soviets, they will suffer less casualties and would have completed their army reforms if delayed.

As such, 27 million Soviets may get to live and Stalin would have the advantage, perhaps making more of Europe Red, while the Soviet Union would have a much higher population and be stronger in the Cold War, so let me show you what I came up with!
