RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
STEP 1:
pasta (any shape) 200 gram
salt 1tbsp
cooking oil 2tbsp
water
add water in a open pot let it boil and add salt and oil and pasta in boiling water and let it cook
for 8 minutes till pasta is 95% done.stane it and wash with cold water and sprinkle some oil and
set aside.
reserve 1/2 cup water.
STEP 2:
chicken 200 gram
salt 1tsp
black pepper powder 1tsp
peprika powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
soya sauce 1tbsp
chilli sauce 1tbsp
vinager 1tbsp
marinate chicken with all these ingredients for 20-30 minutes.
STEP 3:
oil 8 tbsp
garlic 2tbsp chopped
chicken 200 gram
tomato 2 (large) blended
carrot 1cup
capsicum 1 cup
cabbage 1cup
salt 1tsp
black pepper powder 1tsp
soya sauce 2tbsp
chilli sauce 2tbsp
tomato ketchup 8btsp
chilli garlic ketchup 8tbsp
pasta water 1/2 cup
Add oil in a pan add garlic and saute for 30sec and add merinated chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Now add tomato paste and cook till its water dries ,and add vegetables in it and add all spices and sauces.
Mix well and serve.
