15ml Soy Sauce
15ml Dark Soy
15ml Shaoxing Wine
30ml Doubanjiang
15ml Sichuan Peppercorns
Dried Chilies to taste
1 Dried Tangerine Peel
2 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
