1. Locate the reset button on the camera. It is usually a small pinhole button that may be located on the back or bottom of the camera.
2. Use a small, pointed object such as a paperclip or a toothpick to press and hold the reset button for about 10-15 seconds.
3. While still holding the reset button, power on the camera by plugging it into a power source or PoE switch.
4. Continue holding the reset button for another 10-15 seconds until you see the camera's lights flash or hear a beep sound.
5. Release the reset button and wait for the camera to reboot. It will now be restored to its factory default settings.
