How to Change User Permission
Your team has a number of members. And they all have assigned duties that require different levels of access and permission.
With ShopOnCloud, you can allow your members the level of access and permission their duties require to ensure the secure and smooth functioning of your online store.
Follow these steps to change the user permission of your members;
Step 1 - Log in to your ShopOnCloud account.
Step 2 - Click on “Users” on the left side menu.
Step 3 - Click the “Key Icon” in the right corner of the specific user you wish to set permissions on.
Step 4 - Select the permissions level you wish to set for this admin.
Step 5 - Click “Set Permissions” to end the process.
