Apple jelly without thickeners
We've had a good apple harvest this year! The apples are still being stored in a cool place, but they're already starting to spoil, as these varieties aren't meant for long-term storage. Let's try making some wonderful jelly! But this apple jelly won't need any thickeners. So, for a 15-liter pot of chopped apples, we'll need 1.5 kg of sugar.
