SHDD Ep 162 Disney’s Annie 1999 - One Take No Jump Cuts - Hard Knock Life is BRILLIANT - VHS review
Is the original Annie the greatest musical ever? Probably not. Is ‘Hard Knock Life’ the greatest song in any musical ever made? Absolutely.
In 1999 Disney thought it was time to put their own spin on the classic musical Annie - which was a risky move in my opinion as the original Annie was such a masterpiece but - I’ll give them credit- they went all in.
