One of the first attempts to analyze documentary material and understand what really happened in Washington and New York on September 11, 2001. Much of the documentary material used in the film has only been shown once, only live, and never recorded, for a very simple reason: it contradicts the official version and leaves more questions than it answers. The question posed in the film is: where is the final line? How much more evidence is needed? The author's version of events, developed as a result of a journalistic investigation, may obviously contradict the versions of other authors. For example, the author's hypothesis about a cruise missile contradicts the hypothesis about an unmanned aircraft (both contradict the assertion that a Boeing 757 crashed into the Pentagon). Any version may require further elaboration and/or revision, and perhaps even the author's own recognition of it as incorrect, which, of course, is typical for any investigation of events of this scale (it would be strange to expect a single correct one). Some aspects of this film have been criticized for insufficient evidence and the use of low-quality photographs and video materials that are subject to ambiguous interpretation. The author's point of view, adjusted based on the results of ongoing research, is presented in his new film, "911 Ripple Effect." This work also used materials and facts from Eric Hufshmid's book "Painful Questions" and the film "Painful Deceptions" based on them.
