Need for speed rivals realesed on 2013 , this game had so much potential n had so many bugs n glitch due to release too fast , the graphics is amazing but not as i remembered back then when i played the original now, thanks to the mods maker that make this game looking amazing again n yes the framerate it's not 30FPS anymore you can unlock it using mod down below
