Fix ALSv4 Foot Lock causing legs to stretch when pressing any movement inputs or when spamming it, When spamming W/A/S/D buttons the character's legs keep stretching (skip to 2:20 to see the issue) also this comes with a slight character slide, this suggested fix, will also fix this slide.

Note 1: you can adjust curve values and times, and minimum acceleration values, to match your perfect needs.
Note 2: This might not be the best solution but it fixes it without much complexity or modifying anything in the animation blueprint, and a it gives side fix to character sliding when this stretching happens.
