META (Facebook) FILES CRYPTO TRADEMARKS for Tokens, Wallets, Exchanges and More
Meta, formerly known a Facebook, recently filed Trademarks for Crypto related Tokens, Wallets, Exchanges, and more.
Out of the eight trademark filings, six explicitly refer to cryptocurrency and blockchain-based digital asset technologies. Meta recently announced it intends to integrate NFTs on Instagram, one of its most popular social media platforms. At the South By Southwest (SXSW) Conference, Zuckerberg stated that he envisions Instagram users being able to mint their digital avatar’s clothing as NFTs.
