This is a fully capable and intelligent off-line label inspection system. It consists of our self-developed advanced CIS imager, industry leading inspection algorithms, and reliable unwinding/rewinding mechanism.
It is typically used in the printing room and other off-site inspection of printed label rolls. The system runs automatically and examines the all-round OCR, pattern, 1-D code, 2-D code quality, print defects, code readability, duplicate checking and serialization.
