In this video I will be exploring Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.6.1, one of the earliest mobile versions of what would eventually become Bedrock Edition. Under the hood, this version is basically a C++ port of Java Edition, with many systems disabled for early smartphones. By restoring infinite worlds and enabling the hidden features, I was able to explore the world limits, including the Far Lands, Stripe Lands, and more. We’ll see how far Pocket Edition could really go, how its terrain behaves at extreme coordinates.
