Transitions is an alternative rock band from Kuala Lumpur. Formed in 2015. Consist of 6 members. Released an album entitled "Apathy", an EP entitled "Reimagined" and few singles collaborations. Toured around South East Asia with a few international bands such as Crown The Empire, Nine Eleven, etc.
