Ricoh UK Products Limited - Customer Case Study
Ricoh UK Products have been a customer of SOLID Applications for 15+ years. Ricoh are traditionally manufacturers of photocopiers and printers. However they also now produce consumable items for these devices, which are manufactured using automated machines designed in SOLIDWORKS. Ricoh also use SOLIDWORKS in their on-site additive manufacturing facility and use 3D Printing for rapid prototyping.
Ricoh have embraced SOLIDWORKS and not only have SOLIDWORKS CAD, but also use SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional (data management), SOLIDWORKS Simulation (FEA & Plastics), SOLIDWORKS Electrical and SOLIDWORKS Visualize (rendering). SOLIDWORKS has helped Ricoh reduce design time and be more efficient, through reuse of data.
